Sam Schneiderman is the founder and Principal Broker of the Greater Boston Home Team.
Since 1984, Sam has advised and assisted buyers, sellers, developers and lenders on over a billion dollars worth of property transactions.
Sam’s opinions and advice have been quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, National Public Radio, Boston Globe, Boston Herald, Boston.com, and others. His clients have ranged from first time buyers to top athletes and corporations including Chase Home Mortgage, Wainright Bank, John Hancock Mortgage, Fleet Bank, Shawmut Bank, Freddie Mac. Freddie Mac (the nation’s second largest mortgage holder) rated Sam’s value estimates among the most accurate in the country.
In addition to holding a real estate Broker’s License, over the course of his career Sam has completed hundreds of hours of real estate education and has held the following professional certifications, designations and licenses: Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Graduate Senior Appraiser (GSA), Senior Certified Appraiser (SCA), Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR), Certified Buyer’s Representative (CBR), Certified Consumer Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC). While working as a real estate appraiser, Sam trained and supervised 40 licensed real estate appraisers.
Sam decided to become a real estate broker after disappointing experiences with most of the Realtors that he met while buying his first home and has built a loyal client base with many clients returning when it is time for their next move. Since 2003, over 95% of Greater Boston Home Team’s business has been repeat and referral business.
Sam and his teammates recognize that each client has unique needs. In addition to guiding clients through their transactions, Sam’s team mission is to make the real estate process as easy and stress-free as possible. They do that by helping clients build an effective real estate team, providing referrals to top-notch attorneys, lenders, contractors, and inspectors. Then they guide their clients by co-ordinating the entire team effort to achieve the best outcomes possible for the clients.
Sam and his experienced team take the guesswork out of the home buying and selling process. They are committed to providing the highest level of transparency and personalized service by educating their clients about all of their options, all of the time.
When Sam is not working with clients and his teammates, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on his own home and garden, theatre, biking, traveling and sipping wine.
